How do I ask you to do something for me, and how long will I have to wait for a response?

You can contact us by email at lifestyleconcierge@tengroup.com or by calling 0844 371 5835 and we are available for you 24/7/365. When you get in touch, a response time will be agreed with you depending on the nature of your request.

What happens if you need to make purchases on my behalf?

We can make purchases on your behalf and any purchases requested will be charged additionally (e.g. booking a holiday, purchasing a gift, etc). We are PCI compliant (bound by the Payment Card Industry data security standard – a code binding organisations holding credit card details to the highest levels of security). Due to this, we will require the CVV code from the reverse of your card each time we need to make a purchase.

Can I use the service abroad?

Yes, our international coverage is something we’re very proud of. We have a dedicated team of destination managers who keep up to date on the latest that the world’s cities have to offer and speak over 20 different languages. Our experts can help your trip go more smoothly, from booking your travel tickets, arranging your entertainment and restaurant bookings while you’re there, and helping sort out any travel emergencies that may arise.

Can I use it for my business?

We are on hand to help with tasks such as organising client entertainment, planning a Christmas party, or booking travel tickets. We are unable to carry out general office tasks such as typing or answering the phone. That said, we are always able to find someone who can help with such tasks.

If you make a purchase on my behalf, will it cost me more than buying it myself?

No. It is our policy that our members pay the same price, or less, for goods or services purchased through Ten. We never take any commission from our members. Suppliers in some categories sometimes do pay us commission, typically where the industry is set up this way. However they undertake to always charge members the market rate, and often below, for purchases or work completed. Commission is a small part of our company income and we are led by what is right for each individual member.
