Ten started in 1998 as a small operation with a compelling vision. We began by providing a pioneering lifestyle concierge service to 20 members in London. We now employ more than 250 people worldwide and have more than 400,000 members of our private and corporate schemes. This rapid expansion is testament to the value and quality of our services, and to our absolute commitment to our members.
In 2005 we transferred our groundbreaking service model to professional support services and began The Key, a service providing expert, practical and time-saving information in direct response to questions from school leaders in England and helping them to run their schools more effectively.
We are able to supply personal and professional services of equally high quality because we recruit experts from every sector we operate in. Their expertise and experience is efficiently shared among our highly trained, intelligent staff through our bespoke knowledge management systems. Whenever a member contacts us they will be speaking to a bright, well-resourced individual who will quickly understand their request and return the most effectively tailored response in the shortest time possible.
