Working in Maidenhead

Many of the roles we are currently recruiting for are based in Maidenhead. Our Maidenhead office is in the centre of the town, within five minutes’ walk of the train station. The modern office has views of Windsor Castle and Cliveden National Trust house and gardens, and is within easy reach of the town’s shops, parks and gyms. Maidenhead is well connected with London Paddington, Reading, Slough, Windsor and Ascot.

Working in Maidenhead gives you the benefit of working for a global company, in a semi-rural setting.

Overnight Lifestyle Manager (London office)

As the company operates 24 hours per day, 365 days per year, we would love to hear from people who would like to work during the night. Like all lifestyle managers you will be passionate about delivering outstanding personalised service to our members. In addition to excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills, you will be self-motivated, radiate integrity and be capable of performing well under pressure.

Travel Team Leaders (Both London and Maidenhead offices)

In this expanding team your role will be to work with the Head of Travel to inspire and motivate our teams, achieve targets and drive performance and best practice.

You will have excellent travel industry knowledge combined with proven man management experience. You will thrive in an ever-changing and fast-paced environment where two days are never the same.

Travel specialists (Maidenhead office)

We’re looking for first-class travel sales professionals with truly exceptional service ability to join the team in our Maidenhead office. Using your knowledge and passion for a wide range of European leisure destinations, you will provide bespoke and packaged travel itineraries to Ten members.

If you have a genuine passion for travel we’d love to hear from you. A knowledge of, and enthusiasm for, European/ Mediterranean holiday destinations, including villa, cruise and ski holidays, would be an advantage.

Who are we looking for?
  • High performers who consistently beat targets and deadlines
  • Proven in-depth experience at a reputable UK travel agent and/or tour operator
  • A great talent for delighting customers who expect the finest service
  • Demonstrable ability to negotiate the best deals on behalf of our members
  • Genuine enthusiasm for, and in-depth knowledge of travel destinations, in particular luxury holidays to European destinations
  • Proven success in putting together luxury holidays for affluent clients
  • Proven track record in achieving high levels of repeat business from your regular customers

Membership Executive Lifestyle Managers (Both London and Maidenhead offices)

In this fun and dynamic team you will engage with our members, helping them gain the most from the service. You will be responsible for proactively contacting members, explaining the service to them and increasing their usage.

Lifestyle Managers (Both London and Maidenhead offices)

Lifestyle Managers are the lifeblood of Ten. You will use your excellent interpersonal skills to quickly build rapport with members and deal with their interesting and often complex requests to help them get the most out of their busy lives. You will use expertise in one of the following areas to help our members while growing your own knowledge:

  • Live entertainment including theatre, concerts and sporting events (London office)
  • Restaurants and clubs (London office)
  • Travel (London or Maidenhead office)

You will have exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal skills, be able to work calmly and professionally under pressure and be driven by the desire to delight our members. You will be flexible in an environment where two days are never the same and strive to go the ‘extra mile’.

Multilingual Lifestyle Managers (Both London and Maidenhead offices)

To deliver excellent service to our global membership we have multilingual lifestyle managers in Ten. We serve our members in the following languages:

  • Spanish
  • French
  • Turkish
  • German
  • Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Portuguese
  • Russian

You will be fluent in both written and spoken English as well as one of the above, and delight in wowing members. Like all lifestyle managers you will be comfortable multi-tasking and working to tight deadlines while ensuring that the highest of standards are met in customer service.

Lifestyle Researchers (Both London and Maidenhead offices)

This role provides an excellent springboard into the company. You will love researching requests for our members as wide-ranging as the latest shows on Broadway to child-friendly restaurants in Chester.

You will have excellent research and writing skills, a keen eye for detail and a desire to provide intelligent and resourceful replies to members' and clients' requests.

IT Engineer (Maidenhead office)

Reporting into the Head of IT, you will be working independently in our Maidenhead office. In this role you will provide support to staff across the company on PC hardware, software and telephony - either via a remote connection or at the user’s desk. It is essential to be able to communicate effectively and take ownership for resolving support issues. The successful candidate for this position will be comfortable investigating and suggesting new tools and solutions to best help the company achieve its goals and targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Taking ownership of user support issues from definition to resolution
  • Maintaining a clear log of communication on support requests
  • Regular maintenance of PCs / Servers / Phone system
  • Ensuring company IT and Security Policies are maintained
