Toby Gauvain – Business Development Director
Toby has 17 years’ experience in international sales and marketing, primarily in the asset management industry. He has worked for groups such as Newton, BNY Mellon and Santander in a number of senior sales and management positions in London, New York, Geneva and Madrid. Toby was also the founding partner of Qudos, a boutique lifestyle management company in Spain, which he sold in 2008.

Nicola Norris – client services director
Nicola has spent a number of years at Ten and held various positions. She has previously worked as a VIP lifestyle manager and as ‘member chair’ – a unique role within Ten where a member of staff is seconded to be an advocate for members - where she worked to ensure the company was providing the highest quality of service possible. She now looks after Ten’s largest corporate accounts. Before joining Ten, Nicola worked in retail management and in PR, and owned a property development firm.
