Ten Group to increase global reach with four new international offices


Lifestyle Concierge company Ten Group will be opening four new regional offices over the coming year in Miami, Sao Paulo, Singapore and Shanghai. These will be in addition to the company’s current centres in London, Maidenhead, New York, San Francisco and Hong Kong.

The strategy is the result of extensive market research carried out by Ten over the past year. Its research showed that these regions have burgeoning entrepreneurial communities which would benefit greatly from an expert global lifestyle concierge service.

Ten Group is already one of the most globally recognised concierge companies, with its market-leading service delivered in nine languages, 24/7, and routinely exceeding the demanding service levels of more than 30 high-end corporate clients including banks and luxury brands.

More than 800,000 people are now eligible to use the Ten service through a corporate scheme and there has been increasing demand from growing markets including China, Brazil and Russia.
