Ten’s model allows efficient information sharing across a sector and works in any situation where there is a significant number of people with similar information needs.

All our services are underpinned by the same principle. We recruit and train experts in the field and then share their expertise and experience efficiently and intelligently via our bespoke knowledge management systems. Whenever a member contacts us, they will be speaking to a bright, well-resourced individual who will quickly understand and respond to the request.

We are working with Lord Michael Bichard to transfer our model to the public sector, in education and across other areas such as health, policing and care work. For example:

Children’s services

We are currently developing a new support service for professionals working across Children’s Services. The service will provide expert answers to questions on all aspects of provision for children and young people and a comprehensive online resource offering instant help. It will ensure that children’s social workers – and all partners involved in delivering the Every Child Matters agenda – can quickly access the information, guidance and case studies they need, without spending hours searching for them.
