Ten Lifestyle to provide Citi Ultima concierge services


Citigroup has selected global concierge provider, Ten Group, to supply lifestyle concierge services to super-affluent Citibank Ultima Cardholders in Hong Kong. The decision was made after comparing the world’s leading concierge providers and conducting an extensive RFP process and trial.

The service will be 24/7 and provided in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Members of the service based in Hong Kong will benefit from the connections and expertise of Ten’s lifestyle managers in Hong Kong and, if required, any of its other offices worldwide.

Ten specialises in providing personalised concierge, giving its members direct access to intelligent, expert lifestyle managers. Ten’s staff are all selected because of their expertise in a given sector such as fine dining, retail, ticketing or a particular travel destination.

Ten has never outsourced or franchised the care of its members and is the only global concierge service with a single management system and a worldwide network of wholly-owned offices.

Citi’s rigorous trial of Ten’s services in Hong Kong included:

  • Sourcing a particular luxury handbag only available in selected shops in Europe
  • Advice on local customs and type of gift to buy for a Vietnamese wedding
  • An urgent restaurant recommendation and booking in Taipei which took account of a nut and milk allergy
  • Quickly finding the nearest Citibank ATM to a particular hotel
