Our professional support services provide quick access to expert advice and information for professionals working both in the private and public sectors across the UK to help them become as effective as possible in their role.

Members of these support services benefit from vital, timely, up-to-date, and above all, practical information. They have access to the latest ideas, guidelines, and case studies written in a way which is accessible and easy to use. We try to stay away from jargon and to quickly get to the point using straight forward language.

Members of our professional support services have reported saving hours of time because all the information they need is at their fingertips, and becoming more effective in their role because they are up-to-date with the latest ideas and legislation affecting their sector.

Ten’s professional support service model is based on the principle of only providing what we’re asked for to prevent information overload. The model includes access to sector experts who can answer individual questions and a password protected website which aggregates all the answers to questions asked of the service so far.

We find that professionals within a particular sector or community of interest usually have very similar questions. By giving them access to the answers already provided we save time and resources. For example, members of The Key, our service for school leaders, find their question has already been asked 99% of the time, so they are able to find the answer already on the website.
