Entertainments team
Our entertainments team use their in-depth knowledge of restaurants and passion for food to help our members select and book tables at top establishments worldwide. They also source tickets for concerts, theatre, film premieres and sporting events both in the UK and worldwide.

Private membership team
The private membership team looks after our private and luxury account members. The team develop strong one to one relationships of trust, integrity and understanding with their members. They take on a wide variety of requests, which could range from making travel arrangements and entertainments bookings, to gift suggestions and MOT reminders.

Travel team
The travel team specialises in fulfilling leisure travel requests on behalf of our members, including luxury holidays, organising complex itineraries including flights and covering several destinations, beach holidays and hotel bookings worldwide.

International team
The international team is ready to help members wherever they are in the world. The team speaks a total of 20 languages between them, including all the major European languages, Russian, Turkish and Chinese. They look after anything from restaurant bookings in India, finding an apartment in Paris, sourcing a designer handbag in Moscow, or helping with any of the issues associated with international travel.
Extended hours team
We are there for our members 24-7, 365 days per year. In order to do this, we have an extended hours team which looks after our member requests outside of core hours.

Outbound member relations team
The Outbound member relations team specialises in engaging with our members, helping them get the most from the service. They are responsible for pro-actively contacting members, explaining the service to them and increasing their usage. The team is also responsible for welcoming new members to the service and contacting them by telephone at key points during their concierge relationship.

Home and family team
The home and family team provides support to our members on all aspects of home services from sourcing service professionals such as gardeners, cleaners and bodyguards to dealing with domestic and international removal companies. We also have a family team who advise our members on nannies and babysitters, alongside helping with other general family matters.
