Our lifestyle managers speak more than 24 languages and are available 24/7 ─ which allows us to talk to 95% of the world’s high net worth individuals in a language in which they are fluent.
Our wholly-owned and managed offices are located in London (HQ), New York, San Francisco, Miami, Las Vegas, Mexico City, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Tokyo, Cape Town, Mumbai, Dubai, Brussels, São Paulo, Melbourne and Zürich. Our proprietary platform MAID (Management And Information Delivery) links all of our global hubs and allows us to create a seamless experience for our members no matter where they live or travel.
Our services are available 24/7, but we never employ lifestyle managers to work night shifts. Our ‘follow the sun’ operating model allows us to hire specialists in each of the core time zones. Our single CRM platform ensures that our workflow is never interrupted and we will always have experts available around the clock to deal with all of our members’ travel and lifestyle requests.
