Version 2.0 of Ten Platform (Summer 2017) features revolutionary travel functionality, 100% end-to-end service, a bespoke personalisation engine, artificial intelligence, and comprehensive synchronisation with Ten MAID – creating complete parity between our high-touch and online service channels.

As with all of our services, the platform can be fully white-labelled and tailored to partners’ needs.

Originally built in 2003, the platform is now the largest of its kind in any premium customer service environment, compatible with other cloud based platforms (like Salesforce), and customisable to suit clients’ and members’ specific requirements.

Ten MAID is part of the Product team, and comprises more than 25 team members in London and Mumbai.


The Ten Content team supports our concierge and loyalty programmes with bespoke communications programmes. These include personalised eCRM, marketing campaigns, engagement tools, and globally distributed content.

The team works closely with our client partners to create a communications package that works for them - driving engagement, penetration, and impact.

Our team has years of experience in relaying the right message to the right people (at the right time), and are adept at devising well-planned strategies for brand engagement and growth. Technology-enabled, we use a semi-bespoke cloud communications platform (powered by IBM Marketing Cloud) to deliver tens of millions of individually personalised and targeted communications every year.

Our clients tell us that they value Ten Content's understanding of the power of quality content. A full-time team of experienced and award-winning editors, sub-editors and writers produces our eCRM, publications, and member-facing technology.

Ten Content is a team of 25 people in San Francisco, London, and Cape Town.


Our dedicated Ten Data team works collaboratively with clients to better understand the data points, behaviours, insights, and trend patterns shown by our members. A true lens on the everyday lives of our clients’ most valued customers, our Business Intelligence becomes an integral, and crucial, part of theirs.

From standard reporting to complex data visualisation, our expert team uses a mix of proprietary and enterprise tools and services. The team's focus is threefold: providing a whole-market view of HNW member activity; assisting client partners in their quest to deliver the most personalised and trusted service; and analysing behaviour to drive product development.
